Introduction
You can use this site to purchase eload products for any Philippine prepaid sim card or epin products to top-up your subscription, satellite, and online game accounts through cryptocurrency (BTC, BCH, LTC, ETH, DASH), GCash, Maya or coins.ph.

Payment Processors
Only send your payment to the payment processors stated on the checkout page, unless stated otherwise. We will not be held liable for payments sent to incorrect blockchain addresses. All payments are securely processed over HTTPS. All information relating to your payment (ie. credit card number, etc.) never resides on our servers. All payment processing is done by a third party payment processor. All details are sent over SSL which is an encrypted channel.

Price
Price is subject to change without prior notice. The crypto value of your order is only valid for 15 minutes. Due to cryptocurrency's price volatility, the crypto value will be automatically recalculated if payment is not settled within 15 minutes. Crypto value is based on current USD/crypto exchange rate. Unconfirmed crypto payments are not subject for recalculation.

Non-Cryptocurrency Payments
All Peso payments thru GCash, Maya or coins.ph are manually reviewed and processed from 9:00AM - 6:00PM Philippine time (GMT+8) Mon to Fri excluding holidays and special events. Payments sent beyond these hours will be processed on the next business day. We have the right to ask for some identifications and/or proof of payment during the verification process if deemed necessary. Load credits are usually dispensed after few minutes but may take longer if there are problems with the payment or with the product purchased. Minimum payment accepted is 20 pesos. Coins.ph payment request will be cancelled if not settled in 5 days.

Refunds
All sales are final. Make sure to enter correct information only. Once eLoad credit is dispensed to the mobile number or the ePin details were sent to the email address given by the buyer, no refund will be given. In the event the product purchased is not available or we are unable to deliver the order after 24 hours, the buyer will be contacted and be given refund.

Affiliate Program
Registered accounts can refer clients into our site and earn a percentage of their purchases. Wallet points earned are not transferrable nor convertible to cash. Wallet points can only be used to purchase load products on this site. We have the right to forfeit all wallet points earned and/or suspend an account if fraudulent activity is detected at any time.

Advertising/Sponsorship
All Adverts shown on loadcentral.ph are not offensive. If you see an advert that does offend you, it is important that you contact us, so we can have it removed. We allow several reputable advertising agencies to advertise on our site.

Third Party Liability
loadcentral.ph will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause harm to shareholders.

Indemnification
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless loadcentral.ph, its officers, and members, from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, and damages.

By using this service you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and at our sole discretion without notice, and shall become effective immediately upon using this site.
